Before your first class, please arrive 15 minutes early so one of our front desk team members can show you around the studio and lockers! Grip socks are required each class for hygienic reasons and to ensure your safety, so please bring your own or plan to purchase a pair when you arrive at the studio. We recommend that you wear comfortable workout clothing, think: leggings or shorts, a top and a sports bra — whatever makes you feel most comfortable during class!

Cancellation policy: If you are cancelling within 24 hours of your scheduled class time, please call the studio to let us know! Please come minutes before your class begins to allow enough time to put all of your personal belongings into a locker and get set up at your spot at the barre or on the reformer!

You will only be allowed to enter a class after it has started a maximum of 3 minutes late.
